Office Manager – Stone and Cabinetry Design

  • Summary

The overall objective of this position is to enhance the overall first impressions for any potential new customer of Foro Marble Company, Inc. The ideal candidate will have very strong organizational skills that is personable, friendly and professional. Activities involve interaction among potentially new and existing customers, Foro Marble owners and the management team.

  • Duties and Responsibilities

  • Providing information about Foro to our customers over the phone and in person.

    1. Obtaining and gathering all pertinent information from customers for expediting sales and estimating.

    2. Creating estimates and invoices to send to all appropriate customers.

    3. Sending customer surveys and requests for reviews.

    4. Setting up appointments for sales, designers and photographers to ensure scheduling is timely per the customer needs.

    5. Data collection and entry into the Foro Project Management software (Moraware).

    6. Answering phones, taking messages and overall administrative support for the Foro Marble team.

    7. Organizing and maintaining the Foro showroom to adequately assist any walk-in customers and helping them as needed.

    8. Other duties that may be assigned.


    1. Qualifications

  • Experience working in an office setting and assisting customers in friendly and professional manner.

    1. Basic working knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred.

    2. Experience working with Moraware (project management software) is a major plus. (Foro will train)

    3. Must be computer proficient, PC, Gmail, Microsoft Office…

    4. Good communication skills (written and verbal). Able to interact with all levels being served. Represent the company in a professional, credible manner in speech, written communications and appearance.

    5. Proactive self-starter with the ability to multitask.

    6. Work effectively with others in a fast-paced, teamwork environment to assist in the development of business goals and their achievement. Also, able to work independently and productively with minimal supervision.

    7. Able to adapt behavior to different people and situations.

    8. Upbeat attitude.

The ideal candidate will have very strong organizational skills that is personable, friendly and professional. Activities involve interaction among potentially new and existing customers, Foro Marble owners and the management team.

  • Duties and Responsibilities

  • Providing customer satisfaction for new and current customers.

  • Providing information about Foro to our customers over the phone and in person.

  • Providing consumer and field marketing for added sales support.

  • Providing marketing and promotions for all Foro customers.

  • Identifying all customer needs quickly and delivering exceptional results to satisfy those needs.

  • Other duties that may be assigned.

  • Effective interpersonal and excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Able to interact with all levels being served. Represent the company in a professional, credible manner in speech, written communications and appearance.

  • Self-confidence flexibility and adaptable to change with excellent time management.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and an attention to detail.

  • Experience in construction services is a major plus.
